Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms and conditions apply to the Soft Alarm app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Paweł Sołtys (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

1. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access "Pro" features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. Data and Device Security

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking your phone, as it could expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and result in the Application not functioning correctly.

4. Responsibility and Connectivity

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or data allowance. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the Service being unavailable.

5. Liability

While we strive to ensure the Application is accurate and functional at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the Application.

6. Termination and Updates

The Service Provider may update or cease providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must cease using the Application.

7. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
